We first met during the summer of 2022 at UNLV’s Office of Admissions. Mia had been working there long before Owen joined the team, and over the summer, she helped train him. As time went on, Mia may or may not have done a little Instagram stalking and eventually found Owen’s profile. Naturally, they started following each other.

Their first real conversation began with an Instagram poll Owen posted, asking, "Does pineapple belong on pizza?" Mia answered “no,” and Owen wholeheartedly agreed. From that moment on, the connection was instant.

Fast forward a little over two years to October 26, 2024, when Owen proposed to Mia at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas. And the rest, as they say, is history!
